RAWEMO RECORDS AT GQ STYLE FEST 2026

This August, Raw Emotions headed to Taipei for GQ STYLE FEST 2026, joining GQ Taiwan's 30th anniversary celebration of fashion, art, music and contemporary culture.

For the occasion, we opened the doors to RAWEMO RECORDS, a fictional neighborhood record store inspired by the record shops, VCD stores, magazine stands and game stores we grew up around.

Before streaming and digital downloads, discovering something new meant going out and looking for it. Browsing shelves, flipping through magazines, picking something up simply because the cover caught your eye. RAWEMO RECORDS was our way of bringing that experience back.

Across the store, references to cinema, music, gaming, fashion and pop culture appeared through apparel, old magazines, collectibles and rows of custom record sleeves.

But inside those sleeves weren't records.

Each one housed a RAWEMO beanie, packaged as its own fictional physical media release with individually designed cover artwork. Displayed wall-to-wall like albums, the collection turned apparel into something to browse, discover and collect.

For one weekend in Taipei, we brought back a little of the physical entertainment culture we grew up with.
